OUR STORY
General Luna Municipal High School emerged after the closure of the private school Saint Thomas School. It was in May 1971 that the Director of DECS Region X approved the opening of a Secondary School. The local officials of the Municipality of General Luna and the DECS officials were responsible of its opening. The grand opening of classes was in June 6, 1971.

GLNHS has adopted a curriculum that is aligned with the K12 Program prescribed by the Department of Education. The goal is to enable every Filipino learner to develop the knowledge, skills, and characteristics that will help them prepare for higher education and the outside world as successful, competetive, productive, and active citizens.
